The Problem With Most Turmeric Supplements
Turmeric contains 2โ5% curcumin by weight. Curcumin is one of the most researched anti-inflammatory compounds in nature โ with over 3,000 studies.
The problem: curcumin has extremely poor bioavailability. Taken as standard powder, less than 1% is absorbed. This is why most turmeric capsules you find in health food stores are essentially expensive urine.
The solution is enhanced bioavailability formulations โ and they make an enormous difference.
